The study looked at how different levels of nitrogen affect the growth and quality of tobacco plants. They found that adding the right amount of potassium helped the plants transition nitrogen into energy effectively. Too little nitrogen made the plants grow slowly and turn yellow, while too much nitrogen made them grow too much. The best nitrogen levels for different types of soil were also identified to maximize tobacco yield and quality.
