International industrial transfer has periodically impacted China's industrial structure from 1983 to 2007. By using multiple regression analysis, it was found that the transfer of international industries has influenced the upgrade of China's industrial structure over time. However, the appearance of an inflection point in industrial development suggests that there are obstacles to achieving high-level international industrial transfer for China's industry. Therefore, it is crucial to regularly and systematically upgrade China's industrial structure.
