The article explores how food companies can improve their logistics by outsourcing. By using the balanced scorecard and analytic hierarchy process, the researchers developed a strategy for selecting logistics providers and implementing the outsourcing model. They studied Qingdao Huachang group as an example and found that the logistics outsourcing strategy had a positive impact on their operations.
