Legal system overhaul: Citizens' rights prioritized in civil law differentiation.
The article discusses the difference between public law and private law in our legal system. It points out that in the past, too much emphasis was placed on state will in civil cases, neglecting the will of citizens and legal entities. However, with recent improvements in our legal system, it has become necessary to recognize this differentiation. The article examines this issue through the basic principles of civil law: equality, voluntary participation, and fairness.
