The study monitored soil salt content, water content, and temperature in a cotton field under film drip irrigation. Results showed that soil salt content ranged from 3.1-6.5 g/kg, water content from 15.13%-30.54%, and temperature from 17.25-31.00 ℃. There was a strong negative correlation between soil salt content and water content, and a strong positive correlation between soil salt content and temperature. This means that water content and temperature are the main factors influencing soil salt content in the field.
