New study reveals Lake Kuncheng pollution hotspots, impacting environmental management.
The researchers studied the water quality in Lake Kuncheng by collecting 18 samples and using Arc GIS to analyze spatial variations. They found that different areas of the lake have varying levels of pollution. Oxygen levels are higher in the west, while nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations are higher in the northeast and east. Chlorophyll levels are high throughout the lake, except for a small area in the middle. These findings can help manage the environment of Lake Kuncheng.
