The article discusses how to evaluate land for reclamation in mountainous coal mine areas, using Guojiadi coal mine in Guizhou province as an example. They divided the mine area into seven evaluation cells based on terrain and other factors. Factors for suitability evaluation were chosen, and directions for land reclamation were determined. This study provides guidance for similar coal mines in the region.
