Highway tunnels can be dangerous due to their structure and construction, leading to frequent accidents. To improve safety, a new method called dynamic hazard identification and management was developed. This method considers the changing risks during tunnel construction and has been successfully used in real projects. By analyzing different hazards and implementing dynamic management, safety in tunnel construction can be significantly improved.
