Abnormal high temperatures in the flue gas of a 475t/h CFB boiler at Jingdezhen Power Plant were analyzed. The main causes were found to be incorrect inlet air temperature in the air preheater and deviation in primary air flow rate during operation. To address this, recommendations include adjusting combustion, maintaining primary air flow at 60%, and fixing air leakage in the air preheater.
