The article discusses Wang Guowei's idea of artistic conception, which was initially influenced by Schopenhauer's philosophy but later evolved due to Wang's doubts. Wang's concept of "realm without me" was found to be nonexistent in the integrity of artistic conception, the creation process, and Ci-writing practice. Wang ultimately integrated the idea of realm without me twice in his literary thought.
