The study looked at how different amounts and methods of nitrogen fertilizer affect millet yield. They found that increasing nitrogen fertilizer amount led to higher millet yield. The best yield was seen with 100 kg/hm2 of nitrogen fertilizer. Top dressing with 2/3 of the fertilizer and ground application with 1/3 gave the highest yield. Overall, using 100 kg/hm2 of nitrogen fertilizer is the most effective and economical way to improve millet yield.
