Study reveals key dimensions of undergraduates' adaptability for future careers.
The study looked at 392 undergraduate students from six universities in Chongqing to see how well they can adapt to different jobs. They found that students' adaptability can be split into five parts: how well they can learn new things, communicate with others, think about their career, choose a job, and adjust to new environments. The researchers also found that different types of students have different levels of adaptability. They suggested ways to help students improve their ability to adapt to different jobs.
