Revolutionizing Chinese rural development with innovative village-town planning strategies
The article discusses the similarities and differences between village-town planning and land use planning in rural China. Both types of planning focus on the rational use of land and must adhere to national laws. However, they differ in spatial range, time limit, and approach to land use. To address contradictions and problems in rural development, the article suggests planning under the law, considering all factors, delimitating planning areas, adjusting administrative divisions, improving planning methods, and establishing planning information systems.
