Confucianism Struggles to Spread in Qinghai Due to Ethnic Resistance.
Confucianism was spread in Qinghai during the Qing Dynasty, starting from Xining and reaching surrounding areas. The Han people mainly spread it, but faced resistance from Hui and Salar Muslims. The Qing Dynasty tried to promote Confucianism for better administration, but faced challenges due to lack of communication and traditional Muslim education. People in Qinghai couldn't benefit from Confucian education like those in the central areas, making dissemination difficult.
