The goal of the article is to improve the education and teaching quality at Minxi Vocational and Technical College. The approach involves changing concepts, improving school conditions, building experiment and training bases, reforming management mechanisms, and innovating personnel training modes. The key findings suggest that by implementing these changes, the college can enhance the overall quality of education and teaching.
