Sichuan Confucian Classics Resurge in Late Qing Dynasty, Shaping New Force.
The study looked at how Confucian classics in Sichuan during the Qing Dynasty went through three stages: early, middle, and late. In the early Qing Dynasty, they continued the teachings from the Song and Ming Dynasties. By the middle Qing Dynasty, there was a revival of interest in these classics. Towards the end of the Qing Dynasty, they became a significant force. Even though Sichuan's Confucian classics were not as advanced as those in other provinces, they still developed over time.
