The study looked at how different types of fertilizer and plant densities affect the yield of Favorita potatoes. They tested controlled-release fertilizer and ENTEC treatments, as well as varying planting densities. The results showed that using controlled-release fertilizer or ENTEC, along with a planting density of 82,455 to 89,325 plants per hectare, led to higher potato yields. Increasing planting density led to a decrease in tuber weight per plant, but the highest yield was achieved with the specified planting density range.
