The main goal of the article is to improve the quality of teaching by strengthening the management of the teaching process. The researchers analyzed the current teaching situation in their college and proposed establishing standards and a monitoring system, enhancing the teaching quality guaranteeing system, perfecting the education management system, building a human-oriented management system, and focusing on teaching process management. The key finding is that by implementing these strategies, the quality of teaching can be enhanced.
