Optimizing Fertilizer Use Boosts Mid-Season Rice Yield and Profits
The study looked at how different types of fertilizer affected the growth of mid-season rice. They found that nitrogen had the biggest impact on rice yield and profit, followed by potassium and then phosphorus. By using the right amounts of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, the researchers were able to increase rice yield and profit. The best results were seen when applying 169.8 kg of nitrogen, 84.5 kg of phosphorus, and 163.7 kg of potassium per hectare.
