A new method called Hybrid Optimization Differential Evolution (HODE) was developed to improve the efficiency of managing power in electrical systems. By combining different strategies for changing variables and using two generations at once, the method speeds up the process of finding the best solutions. Testing this method on a standard electrical system showed that it performs well in terms of accuracy, reliability, and speed compared to other methods.
