Organic-inorganic fertilizers can help plants grow better. In a study on water spinach, using a mix of organic and inorganic fertilizers improved root activity and plant growth. This mix also increased the yield of water spinach by 14.58% compared to using only chemical fertilizer. The organic-inorganic mix led to lower nitrate levels, higher soluble sugar content, restored vitamin C, and improved crude fiber in the spinach. Overall, combining organic and inorganic fertilizers can make vegetables grow better, improve their quality, and increase production.
