Using 165 kg/ha of nitrogen with a 6:4 ratio can improve seed setting rate and grain weight for increased yield. Adjusting nitrogen and fertilizer rates can enhance chlorophyll content, dry matter accumulation, and yield components for stable and high yields. More nitrogen at later growth stages can raise protein content but lower amylose content and taste value in the rice.
