Confucian Temples in Qing Dynasty City Shape Cultural Landscape Forever.
The Qing Dynasty built three Confucian Temples in Guisui City to strengthen control over local officials and civilians in Mongolia. These temples were important for annual Confucius memorial ceremonies and helped form the city's cultural environment. However, the temples did not meet standard requirements due to the lack of prevailing Confucianism in the region. Despite this, they played a significant role in shaping the city's educational area, skyline, and street names.
