New method detects metal elements in food quickly and accurately!
A new method using high pressure and heat can break down metals in food and organisms quickly and completely. The best conditions for this are 120 ℃ for 3 hours, with a specific ratio of sample weight to nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide. In an experiment, lead was recovered at 95.8% to 104.5% and copper at 96.5% to 102.2%. This method is practical, easy to use, and accurate.
