Policy of Expanding Domestic Demand Inefficient, Needs Scientific Reform.
The policy of expanding domestic demand is not working efficiently because it only boosts investment demand. This inefficiency is due to both internal flaws in the policy and external issues in the system environment. Internal flaws include policy shortcomings and drawbacks of fiscal policy. External factors involve problems with the consumer activities' basic elements like income distribution and economic management systems. To make the policy more effective, we need to create and implement policies more scientifically and reform relevant systems.
