The nitrogen fertilizer increased the tobacco leaf yield and value, with the best results at a rate of 45-67.5 kg/ha. The soil conditioner also increased yield, but too much nitrogen combined with the conditioner decreased the quality of the tobacco leaves. Overall, using nitrogen fertilizer and soil conditioner together can help tobacco plants grow better and produce more leaves.
