Lake Dianchi Sediment Reveals High Phosphorus Levels Impacting Water Quality.
Phosphorus was extracted from Lake Dianchi sediment to study its distribution. The highest TP levels were found in the north and south, lower in the middle. Fe-P and Al-P make up 30% of TP, while Ca-P and OP make up 70%. Labile phosphorus is influenced by H+ concentration, which is linked to Fe-P + Al-P levels. Fe-P + Al-P is strongly connected to TP levels.
