The goal of the research is to promote water-saving irrigation practices. The approach involves increasing public awareness about efficient irrigation, creating tailored irrigation plans based on local conditions, securing and using funds wisely, refining water usage management systems for agriculture, and enhancing supervision of water use in farming. This study emphasizes the importance of recognizing, planning, funding, and managing water-saving irrigation to improve agricultural water efficiency.
