Vocational education is important for Education for All (EFA) because it helps with target appropriateness and education quality. However, there are challenges like lack of interest in vocational education, not enough funds, poor quality, and limited development in elementary education. To address these issues, we need to change our view of vocational education, share the costs, create a state qualification system, and focus on post-vocational education.
