Globalization and rapid social changes in China have led to the emergence of the "New Three-agri' Problem", which includes issues like peasant labor, land expropriation, and the decline of agricultural villages. To address this, efforts are needed to increase peasants' income, relocate rural laborers, speed up urbanization for peasants, and develop a better countryside.
