The Haihe River lacks enough water resources compared to other rivers in the country due to insufficient supply, affecting its overall water quantity. Despite this, there is high demand for water in the agricultural and industrial sectors in the region. The research analyzes the current water supply situation and problems related to water resource utilization in the area. The study suggests solutions for better managing and exploiting water resources in the Haihe River region to meet the growing demand.
