The article discusses ways to restore desertified grassland by studying natural restoration and cultivation methods in northern China. Natural restoration progresses through stages of plant growth, leading to improved vegetation cover and soil quality. Cultivating the land with drought-resistant grass seeds and saplings can also restore vegetation and produce quality forage grass. Restoring desertified grassland is essential for recovering degraded land and ensuring sustainable grassland ecosystems.
