Aquatic tourism in the Yangtze Delta region can be improved through cooperation. By analyzing the current situation and issues with tourism resources, products, and market, a feasible basis for cooperation was found. Different cooperation modes were reviewed, both domestically and internationally, to determine the best approach. The cooperation situation in the Yangtze Delta region was also investigated to inform the discussion.
