The Information Commons (IC) is a user-centered library service model that is becoming popular in academic libraries. A study of Indiana University at Bloomington's IC service analyzed its professional research and creative model. The study looked at the content and characteristics of IC service, focusing on how the service is structured and how it serves the school. The findings discuss the creative approach used in composing and delivering the IC service.
