Super-high-yielding soybean cultivar boosts photosynthesis and crop yield.
The study looked at how different fertilizers and planting densities affect the growth and yield of two types of soybean plants. They found that the super-high-yielding soybean plant had better photosynthesis and higher leaf area compared to the common-yielding plant. The super-high-yielding plant also had a higher harvest index and was more resistant to lodging.
