Early Rescue ICSI Improves IVF Success Rates and Clinical Outcomes
The study looked at different treatments for low fertilization rates in IVF cycles. They compared three groups of patients: one group received early rescue ICSI, another group received rescue ICSI the next day, and the third group received ICSI directly. The results showed that early rescue ICSI led to higher normal fertilization rates, high-quality embryo rates, clinical pregnancy rates, and embryo implantation rates compared to rescue ICSI the next day. There was no significant difference in outcomes between the group that received early rescue ICSI and the group that received ICSI directly. In conclusion, early rescue ICSI can help improve embryo quality and lead to better clinical outcomes in IVF cycles with low fertilization rates.
