Phosphorus from fertilizers can harm water systems, so researchers studied different fertilization methods in paddy fields. They found that using mixed fertilizer led to the least phosphorus runoff and leaching, while chemical fertilizer decreased soil quality. Mixed fertilizer also gave the highest rice yield. This shows that using mixed fertilizer is best for controlling phosphorus loss, improving soil health, and increasing rice production in eco-friendly farming systems.
