New technology extracts high-quality sulfur from arsenic-containing concentrate, solving resource utilization issue.
Researchers conducted a lab test to improve processing of sulfur concentrate with arsenic. They achieved a sulfur concentrate with high quality, containing 49.21% sulfur, 0.104% arsenic, and 1.03 g/t gold. The sulfur recovery rate was 92.42% and gold recovery rate was 93.13%. This study successfully addressed the challenge of utilizing iron-sulfur resources in pyrite.
