A new peanut variety called 88/BC_2-11-1 was created through crossbreeding to have high yield and good quality. It has more pods per plant, looks nice, has high protein, and can resist drought. In trials, it produced more pods than the control varieties, showing an increase in yield. This new variety has been successfully demonstrated in different areas and is helping to improve peanut quality and production.
