The article discusses how vocational colleges can train skilled talents by building productive training bases on campus through school-enterprise cooperation. Using the mechanics and electronics integration major at Jincheng Institute of Technology as an example, the paper identifies issues in teaching staff construction and suggests strategies for improving it. The goal is to help similar schools enhance their training bases.
