Small and medium-sized companies in China face challenges in technological innovation due to low capability, lack of skilled personnel, limited funding, and poor cooperation. To address these issues, measures like training innovation talents, improving financial support, enhancing collaboration between industry, academia, and research, and promoting independent innovation are suggested.
