The study measured soil salinity levels at different depths in the Yellow River Delta. Results showed high salinity levels, especially near the surface. Salinity varied moderately across the area due to factors like soil structure and randomness. Maps indicated that salinity distribution was influenced by topography and climate. Sampling methods showed that distributed sampling reduced the amount needed by 35%, making it the most practical option. This research provides valuable insights for managing and improving saline soils in the Yellow River Delta.
