Baoding City faces water shortages due to increasing urban development. The South-to-North Water Project aims to provide 0.551 billion m3 of water annually to address this issue. To manage water resources effectively, a joint regulation approach is proposed to ensure water supply for industry, agriculture, and ecology. This strategy aims to optimize water use in Baoding City after the implementation of the water project.
