The study assessed the environmental impact of land use planning in Yangzhou by calculating the value of ecosystem services provided by different types of land. By analyzing changes in land use, the researchers identified potential negative impacts and suggested ways to prevent or reduce them. The plan is considered feasible for environmental protection and sustainable development if preventive measures are implemented. The combination of ecosystem services value theory and land use planning assessment can lead to more effective environmental protection strategies.
