Administrative monopoly in China is a major obstacle to a healthy market economy. To address this issue, regulations and restrictions are needed to prevent all forms of administrative monopoly. This can be achieved through administrative legislation, law-governed administration, legal system strengthening, anti-monopoly laws, and economic and political system reforms.
