The study looked at the literary work Shi Shuo Xin Yu from a new perspective called original ecology. This helped understand the literature in Wei and Jin dynasties better, which focused on East Jin's prosperity and landscapes. The research showed that by using original ecology, we can better grasp how literature evolved during that time.
