The approach involves setting targets for forest area and coverage, promoting non-commercial forests, and implementing specific development plans. Key findings include the importance of ecological construction, the establishment of strategic forest development objectives, and the implementation of various measures such as forestry projects, state forest reforms, and technological advancements to achieve sustainable forest development.
