Labor and capital in China are currently imbalanced, leading to conflicts in the workplace. To prevent further disputes and maintain social harmony, a dual legal framework between labor and capital is proposed. This framework aims to create a more balanced relationship between workers and businesses, ultimately promoting stability in society.
