In Daqing City, there are 460,000 hectares of land suffering from desertification, salinization, and alkalinization, leading to economic losses and impacting agriculture and daily life. Natural factors and human activities are causing this issue. The study identifies the causes and suggests solutions to combat land desertification in the city.
