Beijing's Autumn Air Pollution Worsens with Humidity, Threatens Public Health
The study looked at pollution from tiny particles in the air in Beijing during autumn. They collected samples from different areas and analyzed how the pollution levels changed over time and in different locations. They found that pollution levels varied between areas due to different sources of pollution. The amount of pollution in the air decreased when the temperature and wind speed went up, but increased when the humidity rose. This shows that weather conditions play a big role in how much pollution is in the air.
